MPMA would like to invite your organization to exhibit at its Annual Scientific & Wound Care Conference on January 12-15, 2023 taking place at Buck's T4 in Big Sky, MT. MPMA represents over two-thirds of all licensed podiatrists residing and practicing in Montana. Podiatrists from Montana and other states will be attending this conference which offers excellent educational sessions.
Conference Hotel Buck’s T4 is an all-season, self-contained, facility located 45 miles south of Bozeman, Montana, on U.S. Highway 191. All conference activities will be at Buck's T4. The conference has reserved sleeping rooms in the name of the Montana Podiatric Medical Association for Thursday, January 12, through Sunday, January 15 (departing January 15). The charge for each company displaying is $2000 if received by December 1, 2022. After December 1, 2022 the fee increases to $2,250.
The trade show is scheduled on Thursday, January 12, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and during education hours on January 13 - 15. (See the full schedule below). Due to last year’s success, Saturday, January 14 will have a full day of wound care. Exhibits have exclusive billing on Thursday, January 12, from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Beverage and food service will be available at this evening event.

Payment Policies Application for exhibitor space is due by December 1, 2022. Payment is due by January 6. No refunds will be made after January 6. Cancellation must be in writing but may be accepted by postal or email.
